The final week of a jam-packed term has certainly maintained Owl Class’s hardworking attitudes and enthusiasm for learning.
In English, we have been developing our journalistic writing by creating dramatic news reports predicting how Kensuke’s Kingdom might end. We focused on using ambitious vocabulary, suspense, and formal reporting styles to engage our readers, and the finished pieces were incredibly imaginative.
Within Computing and PSHE, we have been identifying the importance of maintaining safe and positive online relationships, as well as understanding our responsibilities and awareness when using the internet. We created excellent posters to help share these important messages and encourage others to stay safe online.
We also thoroughly embraced our Science Day, taking part in a range of exciting and interactive investigations. These hands-on experiences helped us deepen our scientific understanding and encouraged us to think carefully, question ideas, and work collaboratively.
We would like to wish you all a safe, restful, and enjoyable half-term break, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back on Monday 1st June.
