Dear Parents and Carers,
We’ve had another busy and enjoyable week in Badgers Class, enjoying the sunshine!
- In Maths – We have been tackling short division, building confidence as we work through more challenging calculations.
- In PE – The children worked brilliantly as a team, using cooperation and problem-solving skills to travel from one side of the playground to the other using only mats.
- In Topic – We explored some of the world’s greatest rivers, using atlases and globes to locate and learn about them.
- In Science – We continued learning about the water cycle, even managing to create our own rain in the classroom, which the children loved!
Highlights of the Week
Trying on Miss Benfield’s glasses and hiding friends in the outdoor Jenga — lots of laughter and fun all round!
It has been a fantastic week all round. Well done, Badgers!
