This week, we explored multiplying and dividing by 10 and 100, using place value charts to see how numbers increase or decrease in value. We enjoyed applying our understanding to word problems as well as solving open ended tasks. On Tuesday, in church, members of Badgers class participated respectfully in the Candlemas service through role play adn we all engaged with singing ‘Shine Jesus Shine’ enthusiasically. During science, we played ‘Odd One Out’, deciding which of the following do not belong -floral perfume, honey, a flower, or a blueberry. Why? In our Jigsaw lesson, teamwork was key as we worked together to create the funniest Potato Man!
