This week in maths, we explored efficient methods for multiplication to make tricky calculations easier. In English, we became passionate activists, writing persuasive letters to ‘Global Pasture Farm’ to urge them to stop deforestation in the Amazon Rainforest—using emotive language and rhetorical questions to make our voices heard! We hope our words will make a difference. In RE, through drama we reflected on the daily actions Jewish people take to show commitment to God. In art, we experimented with the batik technique to create stunning ‘fabrics of nature,’ inspired by the vibrant plants and creatures of the Amazon Rainforest.
