Dear Parents and Carers,
We’ve had another week packed full of learning in Badgers Class!
- In Maths – We have been having lots of fractions fun, exploring numerators and denominators and learning what each part of a fraction represents.
- In English – The children have been writing non-chronological reports about life on the river, learning lots about homes and transport along the course of a river.
- In PSHE – We finished our learning about relationships by thinking about the different people we appreciate in our lives. It was lovely to see so many children choosing to appreciate and celebrate one another.
- In Science – We investigated melting using water at different temperatures and explored evaporation by dipping our fingers in water to test how wind affects how quickly water evaporates.
It has been another fantastic week full of curiosity, kindness, and teamwork. We are also looking forward to the residential next week with those children joining us!
Best wishes,
Miss Benfield and Mrs Green
