This week, Badger Class has been exploring life in the Amazon Rainforest. We have chosen our own rainforest creature to focus on when writing our new chapter for The Great Kapok Tree and have planned how the creature will interact with the main character

. In Geography, we constructed questions we would like to answer about the rainforest and have begun our own personal exploration.

On Wednesday, we went to Bartholomew School for a savanna-themed dance workshop led by Step 2 Dance. Our teachers were so proud of our participation and engagement. Here are a few of our reflections:

“I loved getting a chance to improve my helicopter move that I learned last year.”

“The Bartholomew Sports Leaders were so helpful. I was a little nervous, but with their help, I danced really well and remembered the sequence.”
