This week Badger Class have begun to develop their understanding of addition. We have used familiar place value resources to find similarities and patterns when adding. In science we carried out a full investigation and used our results to answer the question ‘How does distance affect shadow length?’. We were excited to see that by accurately following the method and taking measurements we could notice a clear pattern. The closer the object is to the light source the bigger the shadow is.
