This week in Maths, we have continued learning about place value, ordering, comparing, and partitioning numbers to 10,000. In English, we began writing our adventurous sequels to Marcie and the Riddle of the Sphinx, using our knowledge of life in Ancient Egypt. We’ve focused on using prepositions to improve our writing, as well as features that help us organise our ideas. In Science, we compared reflective and non-reflective materials, looking for similarities and differences to help us draw conclusions. Our Chaplain, Heather Moger, joined us for a Q&A session on the beliefs surrounding the Trinity, prompting many further thoughts for us to explore.
