Wow, we’ve made it to the end of another half-term, and what a last week we’ve had! The children have been impressing us with their understanding of decimals and fractions in Maths. In English, they have completed their non-chronological reports on The Stone Age, which look fantastic, if you’d like to read your child’s, please ask. For our last Geology lesson, we looked at fossils, what they are and how they are formed. The children loved getting hands on with the various fossils and guessing which creature they may have come from. Another fun lesson we had this week was PSHE, where we discussed girlfriend and boyfriend relationships. The children were given a series of statements and questions and were asked to agree or disagree and explain their thinking. It was great to hear all of their thoughts and opinions.
