Badger Class News 28.03.25

This week in Badger Class, we have been diving into history, mathematics, and English with great enthusiasm!

In history, we have been exploring fascinating artefacts from the Maya civilisation. The children have been using their inference skills to uncover what these objects reveal about life in this region over the centuries.

In maths, we have been working on division with remainders, developing strategies to solve problems efficiently and apply our learning in different contexts.

In English, we have been focusing on main and subordinating conjunctions, using the helpful acronym A WHITE BUS to remember key subordinating conjunctions. The class has been using these when writing their discussions to create more complex and engaging sentences.

Additionally, we have been making the final preparations for our production! The children have been working incredibly hard on their lines, songs, and stage presence, and we can’t wait to share their performance with you all next Tuesday.
