We made it (well nearly all of us) to the end of term! We have been so impressed with the children’s hard working attitude, as this week has been especially challenging. We completed two extended pieces of writing, one in Geography answering the question ‘What is going on in the Amazon and does it affect me?‘ and the second in English, a balanced argument discussing ‘Should trees be cut down in rainforests?‘. Both pieces relied on the children carrying out research and gathering facts, their work is really very impressive. We had a fun double art session on Thursday afternoon, and completed our Henry Rousseau inspired collages, I think you’ll agree they are ROAR-SOME! Have a well deserved break Badgers, next Term is full of exciting things to come, including swimming, our class production and The Big Science Events.
