Our Nursery rhyme of the week was ‘A Sailor went to sea’. We have all enjoyed singing along and doing the actions. In Rhyme Time we have been exploring ‘v’ as in van. In Maths this week we have been making numbers 1-5 in different ways and learning how to stop in our counting.
On Thursday we celebrated VE day. We all dressed up in red, blue and white and had a tea party in the classroom. We then had some garden games such as bowls, beanbag target practise, hopscotch and ‘bat and ball’.
The 2 year olds have been practising their sharing skills and forming friendships. We have all enjoyed playing outside this week and enjoyed the new mud kitchen recipes!
