This week we have been reading ‘Walter’s Web’ and had a blast learning the names of shapes. This linked with our learning on shape, space and measure. We created our own spiders using our cutting skills to cut out all the legs!
In Rhyme Time we have been learning ‘j’ as in jug and singing the Nursery Rhyme ‘Jump, Jump jump in your spacepod’.
We have been going out for the Daily Mile to keep our bodies healthy. We have been learning the days of the week song that we learned from our school chaplain.
In circle time we explored the theme of kindness and came up with small acts of kindness we could do.
