We’ve had such a busy and exciting week in Reception!
We began on Monday with our Phonics Stay and Learn session. A big thank you to all the grown-ups who were able to join us, we were so excited to share our learning with you!
Straight after that, the children impressed the whole school with a fantastic dress rehearsal of our nativity. They were confident, enthusiastic and made us all incredibly proud.
On Tuesday, we welcomed Heather, our school chaplain, who talked to us all about Advent and helped the children think about this special time of waiting and preparing.
Wednesday was our big day — our nativity performances! Thank you so much to parents and carers for providing costumes and coming along to watch. The children were truly amazing on stage.
It’s been a very full week, and we are all looking forward to enjoying our last week of term together!
