This week we enjoyed going to the village hall to watch the Owls dress rehearsal of their play Alice in Wonderland. They were amazing to see! We also had our moving up morning where we spent time with our class teacher for next year and talked about some of the things we would be learning. In Maths, the Busy Bees have been recapping subtraction. We have used puppets, food and other materials to explore taking away and subtraction stories. The Bunnies have been recapping counting principles such as knowing the number you say last is the amount you have in the group. The Busy Bees wrote invitations for their graduation and decided to pop them in envelopes to pass on. We look forward to seeing Busy Bee parents at the Graduation on Tuesday 16th at 2.15. We all took part in fine motor activity using finger paint to recreate patterns. We are all very excited for Sports Day next week and have been learning about races in PE. As always we have had a lot of fun working together and learning through our play.
