Busy Bees and Bunnies Class News -17.03.23

All of the children have been very busy this week preparing a lovely treat for their Mummies. We talked about what we are grateful for and the children had some lovely, thoughtful ideas. We also freshened up our plants outside ready for Spring.

The children have been busy looking at objects that sink and float, with the aim to make their own boats next week, to sail down a stream/pretend River Thames. If you have any cardboard or plastic yoghurt pots/cartons please could we have them. Thank you.

The children have really enjoyed the Big City topic and can remember so much information including the Geography and History of London and key landmarks. The particularly enjoyed hearing about the Great Stink of 1958!

The children attended some interesting collective worships this week; a visit from a Volcanologist and one to celebrate Neurodiversity – with the aim to discuss that we are all different and to be respectful and encouraging of these differences.

We hope you all have a wonderful weekend and enjoy Mothers Day
