Busy as ever in EYFS this week. We have read a book about staying safe on the road this week. We have explored road safety signs and what they mean. In Maths the Busy Bees have been composing and de-composing the numbers 3,4 and 5. The Bunnies have been subitising 1,2 and 3. In PE this week we read the next part of Jack and the Beanstalk when Jack escaped from the Giant’s pot. We looked at different ways of travelling around the room. We made our own traffic lights in Art using tissue paper. On Monday we went for a walk around the village and looked out for road signs. We have been practising our Nativity songs with Year 1/2 and are starting to sound really good! The frosty weather was a surprise and we all enjoyed exploring the ice outside.
