It has been so nice to have some sunshine this week. The children have really enjoyed being outside and watering their plants. We had a very special visit to the Oxford Music School to record our song. Wow, the children were brilliant and I’m sure you will all love hearing and watching the recordings when they are ready.
This week we have been very creative, using cotton buds to make flowers and butterflies. We also released our butterflies. They flew off and we wished them well! We also had a PSHE lesson all about what qualities make a good friend, the children had some fantastic ideas that they confidently shared with the class.
Please could you continue to read regularly with your child at home. We listen to them read in school every week and change their books weekly. They are always so keen to read and it is such an important skill which they will take into Year 1.
