This week in Busy Bees we have done lots of learning and hard work!
In phonics, we have been recapping our tricky words – ‘her’, ‘they’ ‘all’ and ‘are’. I have been very impressed with how amazing the Busy Bees have been finding them!
In maths this week, we have been thinking about doubles! We looked at equal groups and recognised that they were doubles. We demonstrated our learning by showing equal parts on a ladybird, some of us wrote the number sentence to match!
In art this week, we thought about Lunar New Year and had a go at writing our names in Chinese!
We had a little treat on Thursday – celebrating Shrove Tuesday/Pancake Day a few days early. We loved choosing our own toppings and tasting our delicious creations!
The Busy Bees have worked their socks this term and I am very proud of them.
