This week we have been reading ‘The Enormous Turnip’ and exploring root vegetables. In PSHE we explored growing up and thought about how we change as we age. In Maths we were exploring doubles and using the rekenrek to display them. In Art we explored joining materials and created our own designs. On Wednesday morning we enjoyed our Sports Day! We had so much fun running races, doing the long jump and throwing a shot put! In Phonics we learned ‘e-e as in scene, a as in acorn’. We have all worked really hard on our writing presentation and forming our letters correctly.
