What a great Science week we have had! We’ve done so many fun experiments and had lots of awe and wonder moments.

On Wednesday we had a visit from Dr Faulkner, who very kindly gave up her time to teach us about the viscosity of liquids . We put a variety of liquids to the test to see which one was the runniest and which was the thickest. We discovered that oil had the least viscosity whilst ketchup had the most.

We also did a whole school demonstration on how solids, liquids and gases are formed, which was a lot of fun.

Our investigations are also well on their way. We observed some serious mould growth this week, learnt about how to classify things by asking questions and how to record our observations using drawings and tables.

Have a lovely and restful weekend.
