I wanted to shine a spotlight on Science this week. We have been learning about everyday materials and have investigated lots of different things including properties and suitability. Today we were learning about solids and how they change shape when different forces are applied. We tested many objects to find out which material was least and most stretchy and had fun squashing, stretching and twisting blue-tac! The children are building their Science vocabulary and are using it to make predictions and explain their findings. It is great watching them learn and grow as the weeks go on.
