We have had a busy week filled with assessments, they have done so well and they should be so proud of the progress they’ve made.
As well as working hard, we’ve also had fun celebrating World Book Day. The children looked fantastic and enjoyed showing off their costumes and sharing some stories of their favourite characters and reading lots and lots of books!
We were excited to observe and sniff our Science experiments! We discussed variables and how we must ensure that there is only one variable in order to plan a fair test.
Today we had a lovely visit from FOSH, where we made cards and bracelets, thanks so much for organising a great event.
Just a reminder for reading books and reading journals to be brought into school and written in daily (where possible). Just a few minutes of reading together each day can make a world of difference in their growing confidence in reading.
Hope you all have a restful weekend.
