We have had a fab first week getting to know our new classroom and each other. Myself, Mrs Bungay and Mrs Howell have really enjoyed the Summer holiday show and tell that the children brought in to share with us, thank you. If you haven’t already heard, our new topic is The Great Fire of London. So far, we have learnt about when, where and why the fire started in History, written fire inspired alliterative verse poems in English and learnt London’s Burning in music. We also had the opportunity to get outside and enjoy the beautiful weather in RE. After learning how Christians believe that God created the world, we went on a nature walk to find nature’s wonderful and awe inspiring creations.
