What a busy last week we have had!
We started off the week with a DT day with Mrs Rideout. We looked at different ways to join fabrics together. then designed and created our very own puppet. They turned out amazing!
In English, we finished our plans for our persuasive adverts – which we have now finished and displayed! I will definitely think twice about using my car after heir persuading techniques!
In maths, we have been solving word problems related to our topics – year 2 (addition and subtraction), year 1 (measure).
We have also had a very science-y week this week! Our science fair on Wednesday was absolutely amazing!! The projects and investigations done were all so creative and well planned. Everyone should be very, very proud of all the hard work they put in!
We continued our own investigations on Wednesday, with some of us counting the amount of animals in our school grounds, and the rest of us counting where we found the most amount of insects.
We have also been enjoying the sunshine and doing lots of Easter craft too. We hope you have a fantastic Easter break, and we will see you soon!
