Our penultimate week!
We had such a fantastic trip to Witney Museum at the start of our week.
We learnt so much about Witney blankets, we heard stories, we tried on clothes, and we handled lots of interesting artefacts. Everyone behaved so sensibly and respectfully for our time out of school. We had a great time.
On Tuesday, the girls went to a football skills festival where we learnt lots of different skills, and played lots of different activities that focused on dribbling, passing and shooting. The girls had the best time! As did the boys, who had a fab morning with Mrs Tingley. They played ultimate rock, paper, scissors to start their morning, and then they did some football skills too. They focused on positive sportsmanship and encouragement and playing as a team. Mrs Tingley fed back that she had a wonderful morning and she was very impressed with everybody’s participation and positivity!
The rest of our week has been a bit bitty, we have finished up writing our diary entries in our extended writes, in maths we have continued learning about addition, and we have done assessments of learning in our topic subjects.
Have a great weekend and see you next week for our final week.
