Year 6 have had a wonderful week, particularly so as we have had our best attendance since the start of the school year. It is brilliant when we have every child in class every day. We have now finalised our planning for our Big Science Experiment, which will take place on Thursday 16th March. In maths, we have finished working with decimal numbers and are moving on to percentages. Meanwhile, in English we are working on persuasive writing, linked to our topic of volcanoes. A highlight of the week was definitely World Book Day, when all the children made a story in a jar (which I hope you have seen) and the adults in school swapped classes to share some stories.
