A highlight this week was applying our learned skills at a basketball round-robin festival, where the children demonstrated teamwork, resilience and enthusiasm throughout.
In English, we wrote an additional chapter for our class novel The Boy in the Tower, carefully building tension and ending with an effective cliff-hanger. We are exceptionally proud of the range of sentence structures used and the high standard of presentation across the class.
In Maths, we are now applying our knowledge of fractions to the concept of decimals, making strong connections between the two areas of learning.
We wish all our Owl Class a restful weekend, ready for our exciting Woodlands Adventure next week.
