Owl Class News 09.02.24

It has been a very productive final week of the term. We have wrestled with decimals and produced some well-researched, well-written discussions about whether animals should be kept in captivity. On Tuesday afternoon, we headed out into the village to learn how to make a sketch map of land use, and how to conduct a traffic survey safely and accurately. We will be repeating this fieldwork in Oxford when we go on our trip and comparing the two settlements. In Science, we have made our own models of a human eye ball, and we thoroughly enjoyed passing frisbees on the run in PE. We hope that everyone has a healthy, happy and restful week of half term and look forward to seeing the children back in school on Monday 19th February.
