This week, Owl Class have been embracing a range of sports. We held a tennis round-robin festival where pupils celebrated the progress they have made in their tennis skills, including accurate ball placement, improved hand-eye coordination, and the ability to play confidently with a partner.
Our focus has now shifted to developing our touch rugby skills. With a wide range of ability and confidence in the class, it has been wonderful to see pupils supporting one another—some developing their mentoring skills while others quickly build their understanding of this exciting new sport. Everyone is participating with enthusiasm and determination.
We would also like to celebrate the ongoing commitment of our school football team. With the excellent support of Coach Jon and our dedicated parent volunteers, the team continues to go from strength to strength.
Remembering the importance of fanning our own tails, we have constructed peacocks onto which we are recording the moments of pride that we ahve throughout the week!
