Owl Class have been continuing their scientific exploration ahead of next week’s school science fair. We investigated the factors that influence the speed at which a paper flower opens. Through lots of discussion and careful planning, we were amazed by the wide range of variations in our results.
In our No Outsiders lesson, the children explored what racism is and created their own definitions to help others understand this important concept. We also read the story Mixed by Arree Chung, which explores colour and how we can work together to make our world a better and more interesting place.
