We have had a week of lovely learning in Owl Class. In Geography we investigated steps that can be taken to reduce the impact of tsunamis on coastal villages while in English, we are using our Geography learning about volcanoes to write persuasive speeches. Meanwhile, our pop-up books in DT continue to take shape and our skills at Ultimate Frisbee are improving weekly. On Thursday, Year 5 went to Christchurch Cathedral with Mrs Tingley and Heather, where they took part in a service involving lots of schools. They had a wonderful time. With only one week of term left, we need to reach the end of our excellent class novel; I know we are all keen to find out what happens to Liam, Florida and all the children. Have a lovely weekend.
