Children in Owl Class have really been motoring this week. They have engaged very well with the question, “Would you like to visit Mars?” and have come up with some very convincing reasons why this would or would not be a good idea. In Maths, we have been finding fractions of amounts and also finding the value of the whole; bar models have been very helpful! In PSHE, the class is planning to undertake a fundraising event under Mrs Rideout’s leadership – details to follow. Hopefully they will have told you about this already. I have been particularly impressed with the amount and quality of homework that is being brought in. A particular thanks to all those of you reading at home with your child. Overall, it has been an excellent week.
