What a great Science week we have had!

We have done so many fun experiments.

We had a visit on Wednesday from Dr Faulkner who very kindly gave up her time to teach us about the viscosity of liquids – we put a variety of liquids to a race to see which one was the runniest – and oil won, with ketchup coming last.

We also did a whole school demonstration on how solids, liquids and gases are formed, which was a lot of fun.

Our investigations are also well on their way. This week we put our predictions to the test and filled in our results tables. Some of our investigations include: do older children run faster than younger children? Can girls complete a puzzle faster than boys? Is it quicker hopping or skipping the daily mile?

Have a great weekend!
